The Main Dining Hall is without a doubt Mount Cook's most stunning space. Completely glass-fronted, guests can sit back and admire the beautiful countryside setting surrounding the Centre. This flexible room is suitable for almost any occasion, and offers a variety of catering options, a tea & coffee station and a licensed bar for evening events. All guests have access to free onsite parking and unlimited WiFi throughout the day. 

Conferences

The Main Dining Hall is a popular venue for conferences, business breakfasts and luncheons. In theatre or cabaret style seating, our Hall can comfortably seat up to 100 guests. A portable projector and screen is available for your use, along with blackout curtains which can be temporarily assembled for presentations. Conference delegates will have access to hot and cold refreshments, and can choose from a variety of breakfast or lunch options. 

Exhibitions

The large available floor space makes the Main Dining Hall a perfect venue for business exhibitions, giving guests ample room to explore each stand and network. We have a sufficient amount of tables, chairs, benches, and power points and extension cables which can be used by exhibitors. This unrestricted and flexible space can be tailored specifically to your business exhibition or event. We offer various hot and cold buffet options and canapes which can be served throughout the day. 

Banqueting & Events

Looking for a unique venue for your banqueting or business event? Our Main Dining Hall is a blank canvas, providing unlimited scope for your creative ideas and event requirements. A Bluetooth speaker system, microphone, projector and screen is available to help enhance your corporate event. The licensed bar will be on hand to serve a selection of locally sourced and nationally recognised bottled beers, wines and spirits. The dedicated kitchen will provide high quality dishes chosen by you from a selection of varied menu options, which will suit all tastes and budgets. Whether it's delicate canapes, a delicious hot buffet or a three-course evening meal, we can provide your ideal banqueting service.
